(התנאים שהתנו ביניהם שרירין וקיימין כתנאי בני גד ובני ראובן ואלו הן: מעשה ידיה לו, מזונה וכל צרכיה עליו. הדירה _____ הירושה כפי ההסכמה הנהוגה בעיה”ק ירושלם ת”ו, ולא ישא ולא ישדך ולא יקדש שום אשה אחרת עליה כי אם ברשות בית דין צדק, ולא ימכור ולא ימשכן שום חפץ מחפציה כי אם ברשותה ורצונה הטוב והגמור, ולא יפתנה ולא יסיתנה שתמחול לו סכי כתובתה לא כולה ולא מקצתה ולא שום תנאי מתנאי הכתובה, ואם תמחול הרי המחילה ההיא בטלה מעכשיו כחרס הנשבר וכדבר שאין בו ממש. ולא יצא מארץ ישראל כי אם ברשותה והסכמתה). וכך אמר החתן הנזכר אחריות וחומר וחוזק שטר כתובתא דא, קבלית עלי ועל ירתאי בתראי להתפרע מכל שפר ארג נכסין וקנינין דאית לי תחות כל שמיא, מקרקעי ואגבן מטלטלי דקנאי ודאיקני כולהון יהון אחראין וערבאין ומשועבדין שעבוד גמור ושלם כתקנת חכמים ז”ל להתפרעא מנהון שטר כתובתא דא, בחיי ובתר חיי ואפילו מגלימא דאכתפאי. והכל דלא כאסמכתא ודלא כטופסי דשטרי, בביטול כל מודעי ובפיסול עדיהן לדעת הרשב”א ז”ל. וחומר וחוזק שטר כתובתא דא כחומר וחוזק כל שטרות הכשרים ולא יבוטל ולא יפוסל שטר כתובתא דא. וקנינא מיד החתן הנזכר קנין גמור ושלם במנא דכשר למקניא ביה מעכשיו כראוי וכתקנת חכמים ז”ל על כל הנזכר למעלה. וגם נשבע שבועה חמורה בתקיעת כף על דעת המקום ברוך הוא ועל דעת הנשבעים באמת לאשר ולקיים את הכתוב עליו בשטר כתובתא דא בלתי שום שינוי ותמורה ותחבולה כלל ועיקר. והכל שריר ובריר ואמת ויציב ונכון וקיים

And I will give you _____ silver zuz _____ , which is due to you _____ ; and your food, clothing and needs and to live with you in the manner of the whole world.” And Miss _____ here agreed and became his wife. And this dowry that she brought in to him from the house of _____ – whether in silver, in gold, in jewelry, in clothing apparel, in houseware or in bedclothes – our groom has assumed upon himself for _____ pieces of refined silver. And our groom _____ agreed and added another _____ pieces of refined silver from his own corresponding to them – all in all _____ pieces of refined silver. And our groom _____ said as follows, “I accept responsibility upon myself and upon my inheritors after me for this marriage contract, for this dowry and for this addition (to the dowry), to be paid from all the best of my properties and possessions under all the skies, that I have acquired or that I will acquire in the future. Whether they are properties that are liened or are not liened, they are all liable and guarantee payment of this marriage contract, this dowry and this addition from me – and even from the cloak on my shoulder. [This holds] during my lifetime and after my lifetime, from today and forever.” And our groom _____ has accepted responsibility and the stringencies of this marriage contract, this dowry and this addition, in accordance with the stringencies of all marriage contracts, dowries and additions customary with regards to the daughters of Israel that are made according to the ordinance of our Sages, may their memory be blessed. This is not like a conjectural agreement nor like a contract template. And it has been validated by our groom _____ the son of _____ towards _____ he daughter of _____ here about everything that is written and specified above with an object fit to make such a validation (kinyan).
