Refund & Returns Policy

Website Orders

Personalized, customized, and original artwork, or any other items that are ordered with personalization or customization, cannot be returned.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of your custom designed order that we share before final approval of the sale. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitorโ€™s display of any color will be accurate.

Packages are insured for damage and loss. Please keep original packaging if your item arrives damaged so the shipper can process the claim.

If there is a mistake in your custom order or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@romanceandmishegoss.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will be happy to work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We cannot be held responsible for damage done to a product once it has been delivered including, but not limited to, paper damage due to environmental conditions, damage by calligraphers or framers.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first!

For non-personalized art and gifts, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return within 10 days. Should you need to return an item, please contact us first at support@romanceandmishegoss.com. Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as is any damage or loss that may occur in transit. We highly recommend insuring any item sent for return. Once the item has been received in its original, re-sellable condition, we will reimburse you for the full amount paid for the order, minus any outbound shipping charges. Refunds without prior clearance with our customer service staff will not be issued.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, weโ€™ll notify you regarding approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges & Replacements

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If you believe your item qualifies, contact us with a photo and order details.

Gift orders: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit once the return is approved.
