Thank you for your purchase! Please note that our refund and return policies differ depending on where you purchased your item and the nature of the product.
Website OrderS
All orders placed through romanceandmishegoss.com are custom-made and made-to-order, and as such, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or we have made an error.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of your custom designed order that we share before final approval of the sale. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
If there is a mistake in your custom order or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@romanceandmishegoss.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will be happy to work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Etsy Orders
Please see the specific Etsy listing for the refund or return policy as it varies by listing. It will be easiest to work with you through the platform on which you placed your order.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Exchanges & Replacements
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If you believe your item qualifies, contact us with a photo and order details.
Gift orders: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit once the return is approved.
Return Shipping
If a return is authorized, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, we will provide instructions and a return label if needed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or reimbursed.
